How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or modify an order, you can call on +91,7011126341 or email us at care@ozodeal.com and provide details of the order you would like to cancel or modify. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund in case of online payment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and be dealt accordingly.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the followings:

  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If you received the product, you can return it immediately and contact Customer Support, informing them of the cancellation.
  • If you have accepted the product, it will be eligible for return. Please refer to the Return section for details on the same.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

If you choose to cancel your order before shipping, then order will be cancelled and process for refund in case of online payment. After shipping the order cannot be cancelled. You would then have to initiate a Return. After adhering to our Return & Refund Segment policy.

How will I get my money back after cancellation? What are the modes of Return Segment available?

Once you have requested cancellation, you will get refund in your bank account within 7 days of accepted refund request.

I got a SMS of cancellation, but I have not cancelled it?

In some cases, vendors could not provide the product due to non-availability or quality problem. In that cases we cancel the orders and you will get the cancellation SMS for that. Reason of cancellation is also mentioned in that. In case of prepaid orders, we refund money within 4-5 days. Kindly order another product in that case. We are not liable if the product is not available with our vendor or in market.
